Full-time - Independent contractor Remote (Central Time US hours)
$1500$2000 USD/month
3540 hours/week

Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our Founder and help streamline day-to-day operations. This is a key role that ensures the business runs smoothly giving leadership the space to focus on growth and big-picture strategy.

If youre highly organized thrive in a remote environment and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything on track this is the perfect role for you.

What Youll Do

  • Be the right hand to the Founder managing calendars emails and priorities.
  • Handle payroll invoicing expense tracking and other admin essentials.
  • Coordinate communication between leadership and team members.
  • Organize meetings prepare agendas and follow up on action items.
  • Keep company records up to date with documentation and reporting.
  • Jump in to support projects across operations HR and recruitment as needed.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and help us work smarter not harder.

What Were Looking For

  • 3 years of experience in operations executive assistance or administrative support.
  • A natural organizer who can juggle multiple tasks without missing a detail.
  • Strong communicator both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace Microsoft Office and project management platforms (Asana Trello etc.).
  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives in a remote fast-paced environment.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in the cleaning facilities or service industry.
  • Familiarity with payroll/invoicing tools (QuickBooks Gusto ADP).
  • Experience supporting founders or executives directly.
