An exciting opportunity has become available for a Human Capital Analyst to join a dynamic corporate environment based in Midrand. Our client is looking for a driven analytical professional who can bridge the gap between data and decision-making in a high-impact Human Capital function.

This role will appeal to someone who thrives in a fast-paced analytical environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership to influence strategic business outcomes. It offers exposure to a wide range of HR functions including transformation remuneration employment equity and sustainability reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and analyse Human Capital data to support decision-making at Board Executive and Management levels
  • Prepare detailed reports dashboards and metrics across talent transformation and remuneration
  • Conduct benchmark analysis and sustainability assessments for human capital metrics
  • Collaborate across business units to source and verify human capital and transformation-related data
  • Manage Employment Equity submissions and reporting ensuring compliance with BEE scorecard requirements
  • Support ESG initiatives by identifying and aligning metrics to the organisations agenda
  • Assist in sourcing senior leadership talent conducting exit interviews and managing executive calendars
  • Process purchase orders and handle vendor communications on behalf of the Human Capital department

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Economic Science Mathematical Science or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Capital environment with strong focus on data analytics and reporting
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn HRIS/payroll systems
  • Excellent analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of HR-related legislation and compliance requirements
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement at a senior level
  • Attention to detail project management capability and a collaborative approach
