An exciting opportunity has become available for a Human Capital Analyst to join a dynamic corporate environment based in Midrand. Our client is looking for a driven analytical professional who can bridge the gap between data and decision-making in a high-impact Human Capital function.
This role will appeal to someone who thrives in a fast-paced analytical environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership to influence strategic business outcomes. It offers exposure to a wide range of HR functions including transformation remuneration employment equity and sustainability reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyse Human Capital data to support decision-making at Board Executive and Management levels
- Prepare detailed reports dashboards and metrics across talent transformation and remuneration
- Conduct benchmark analysis and sustainability assessments for human capital metrics
- Collaborate across business units to source and verify human capital and transformation-related data
- Manage Employment Equity submissions and reporting ensuring compliance with BEE scorecard requirements
- Support ESG initiatives by identifying and aligning metrics to the organisations agenda
- Assist in sourcing senior leadership talent conducting exit interviews and managing executive calendars
- Process purchase orders and handle vendor communications on behalf of the Human Capital department
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Economic Science Mathematical Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Human Capital environment with strong focus on data analytics and reporting
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn HRIS/payroll systems
- Excellent analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of HR-related legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement at a senior level
- Attention to detail project management capability and a collaborative approach
