Norco AgriSolutions have been serving customers since 1948 with 26 stores across NSW and QLD Animal Nutrition mills and an in-house commodity trading team. Animal Health & Nutrition

Our Animal Health and Nutrition team plays a crucial role in enhancing livestock health productivity and farm efficiency. Through science-backed feed formulations and expert support we help farmers optimise their operations while maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and sustainability.

Our feed mills are at the heart of agricultural communities supplying high-quality locally produced animal nutrition solutions that contribute to stronger more resilient farming businesses. The Opportunity:

Norco AgriSolutions is looking for Feed Mill Operators to join our high-performing team at our Animal Nutrition production site in South Lismore on a full-time basis. This is a physical hands-on role where youll be actively involved in the feed manufacturing process - perfect for someone who enjoys staying on their feet and working in a team-focused environment.

No experience No problem! We provide full training to get you up to speed and if you have manufacturing feed mill or labouring experience thats a bonus!

What you will be doing:

• Mixing and processing animal feed according to production recipes.
• Operating manufacturing equipment and ensuring quality standards.
• Manual handling tasks including lifting and moving feed materials.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborating with a small supportive team to meet the needs of our farmers and customers.

What we are looking for:

• A genuine team player with a positive attitude and solution-focused approach.
• Physically fit and able to complete manual handling tasks.
• Your safety is our priority so safety-conscious is important to us with good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking.
• If you have a forklift licence thats terrific but if you dont dont worry as we can support you in obtaining your licence once you are with us.
• Flexibility to work different shifts when needed we offer morning and afternoon shifts so you might be able to work around your other commitments.
