The opportunity

We currently have multiple opportunities for casual Customer Experience Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team. Shift availability from Monday-Wednesday 7:00am-6pm & Thursday-Friday 7:00am-9:00pm

Key responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails for our CK Store and online customer inquiries
    • Demonstrate resilience and flexibility in all customer interactions to provide the best possible outcomes for our customers
    • Create magic moments for our customers to turn them into forever raving fans
    • Liase with internal and external stakeholders to problem solve and deliver solutions in a time-efficient manner
    • Reach & exceed hourly KPIs (number of emails & phone calls resolved)
    • Communicate with customers globally

We are looking for individuals who have:

    • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service call center or similar role
    • Strong attention to detail with a solution-focused mindset
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
    • Retail experience or knowledge preferred
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
    • Proficiency with computers with a typing speed of50-60words per minute
    • Strong multitasking abilities

$35.15 - $35.15 an hour
If you are under the age of 21 your rate will be as per the junior rate in the Clerks - Private Sector Award 2020 level 2 year 1
