Job Description

Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Ipswich
Pay Rate: (dependent on experience)
Hours: 30 hours per week

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist on behalf of its client based in Ipswich. This position is part of a specialist neurorehabilitation team dedicated to supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries and complex neurological conditions including Huntingtons disease Parkinsons disease and multiple sclerosis.

What will your responsibilities be

  • Deliver OT interventions using the BIRT Neurobehavioral model
  • Manage a caseload with supervision for complex cases
  • Develop and evaluate care programmes
  • Conduct risk assessments and equipment referrals
  • Plan and lead goal-directed group sessions

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have

  • HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
  • 18 months post-registration experience (plus 6 months pre-qualification)
  • Experience in neurorehabilitation and cognitive therapy
