Love variety and stepping up to any challenge Were searching for a versatile Tournant Chef to join our Brisbane kitchen teams. Youll be across some of our most iconic venues such as the historic Regatta Hotel on the river to the family-friendly Everton Park Hotel and the local favourite Cleveland Tavern. All of the venues has its own personality and youll play a key role in keeping standards high across them all.
The Role
As a Tournant Chef youll be the flexible backbone of our kitchens skilled in every section calm under pressure and ready to step in where needed. Whether its leading a service training juniors or supporting the brigade youll bring consistency and leadership to every shift.
What Youll Do
- Confidently run any section of the kitchen
- Adapt quickly to changing needs and different venues
- Uphold quality presentation and food safety standards
- Lead with positivity and support team growth
- Take initiative and maintain a professional approach
About You
- Proven chef experience in busy multi-section kitchens
- Strong leadership with the ability to take command
- Flexible adaptable and team-focused
- Positive attitude with a passion for growth and learning
- Must have a valid drivers licence and access to a car
