Assistant Studio Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the studio to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Support the Studio Manager with the implementation of marketing campaigns outreach events and social media initiatives.
- Help lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed membership goals and KPIs.
- Help manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage during peak hours and events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests.
- Step in as a leader when the Studio Manager is absent managing operations and supporting the team.
- Lead by example with a positive and professional attitude setting a high standard for staff behavior and performance.
- Maintain studio cleanliness organization and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards.
- Assist with administrative tasks including reporting and member communications.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willing and able to work nights weekends and holidays as needed
- Experience working in a sales retail or fitness environment (preferred)
- Experience in a customer facing role (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word)
- Experience with social media and creative programs like Canva etc. (preferred)
- This position is a full-time opportunity

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
