Job Description
Seeking responsible individual working collaboratively with individuals who have a Mental Illness to support their wellness recovery and independence within our Supported Housing Program based in Brooklyn Manhattan and the Five Towns. Responsibilities include: regular apartment visits weekly phone calls medication and medical monitoring contacting clients mental health and medical health teams on a monthly addition this position entails documentation of rental payments fire drill evacuations and apartment inspections. Position requires a Bachelors degree in the Human Services field with strong background working with individuals who have a Mental Illness Masters preferred. This full time position is based in Brooklyn. Valid drivers license and own car preferred.
Salary: Bachelors Level $65000; Masters Level $70000
