TE TRANGA I THE ROLE:Content Assistant

Join our vibrant Content and Commissioning team as a Content Assistant on a 12-month fixed term contract where youll be at the heart of the actionsupporting everything from funding rounds and development to final delivery. This is a hands-on role that offers a unique behind-the-scenes look at how great content gets made. Key responsibilities will include:

• Provide seamless admin and coordination support across the Content and Commissioning team including travel meetings and presentations.
• Drive content lifecycle processesorganising funding rounds liaising with producers and supporting show development and production.
• Collaborate with funding bodies and internal teams to manage submissions drawdowns and TX insights.
• Assist in crafting compelling pitch decks and screeners that bring ideas to life.
• Keep content delivery on trackmaintaining databases tracking assets and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and documentation standards.

ESSENTIAL

• Confident with Microsoft Office (Teams Outlook PowerPoint Word Excel).
• A natural communicatorclear professional and collaborative.
• Laser-focused attention to detail and strong organisational instincts.
• Cool under pressureable to juggle deadlines and keep things on track.
• Experience booking travel and coordinating meetings.
• A genuine interest in media content creation and industry trends.

PREFERRED

• 12 years experience in a content production or media support role.
• Familiarity with tools like InDesign and presentation software.
• Experience working with content databases or production tracking systems.
