Join Us as a Customer Project Manager (m/f/d)
Support us with your personality project management expertise and technical knowledge in the field of banknote printing and central bank solutions. You can get a first impression of one of our banknote processing systems via this link. You will be working with a highly exciting and international customer base.
Your Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility forproject managementin the area of banknote processing solutions for our international clients
- Expansion ofcomprehensive customer solutionswith technical concepts that complement our internal portfolio (e.g. cutting and packaging systems)
- Collaboration with specialists on specifications system layouts drawings process flows and concept development
- Independent responsibility for clarifying orders with suppliers of system components to define functions scope of delivery and technical and commercial content
- Preparation ofcost calculationsfor the overall concept and all necessary documentation including risk analyses EU conformity etc.
- Technical leadershipof international project teams as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders
- Interface and conflict management between internal departments suppliers and customers
- Proactive communication and reporting at all internal levels and within the customer organization to ensure project success including lessons learned
- Coordination of training sessions field tests factory acceptance tests and site acceptance tests
Your Profile:
- Completed technical university degree (e.g. mechanical engineering electrical engineering computer science industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification
- Extensiveinternational experiencein project management of system projects
- Quick comprehension and ability to recognize complex interrelationships to implement customer requirements
- Highintercultural competenceand experience in leading international teams
- Solid understanding of commercial contexts strong customer orientation and excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Independent and structured working style strong assertiveness and motivation to develop new solutions
- Confident use of project management tools
- Good command of German and excellent English skills both written and spoken; additional languages such as Spanish or French are a plus
- Enjoyment of regular international project assignments including willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
