The Role:
As a Service Technician youll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and reliable door solutions to our customers. You will diagnose troubleshoot repair and upgrade a variety of sliding swinging and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned maintenance break-fix repair and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices electrical circuits and relay logic.
Work with aluminum frames glazing materials hardware and low-voltage wiring.
Maintain professional communication with customers end-users and contractors providing exceptional service at every interaction.
Participate in training programs and maintain AAADM certification.
Operate power tools and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 100 lbs. climbing ladders kneeling).
Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.
What You Will Need:
Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.
Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring (access control systems a plus).
Experience in glazing storefronts aluminum frames and hardware (preferred).
Valid drivers license and a good driving record.
High commitment to safety customer satisfaction and teamwork.
Ability to lift bend and use power tools effectively.

What We Offer:
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $26.08-$43.47 per hour; The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on education experience skill level and other qualifications for the role.
Overtime: Eligible for overtime pay in accordance with state and federal laws
