Customer Service Analyst. ser un enlace clave entre Copeland el rea de Ventas y los Clientes. Ser responsable de gestionar los pedidos de los clientes asegurando su anlisis y procesamiento oportuno en Oracle adems de mantener una comunicacin clara y constante sobre el estado de las rdenes y los envos.

Esta posicin requiere al menos 3 aos de experiencia comprobada en la industria similar con slidos conocimientos en gestin de rdenes sistemas ERP y atencin a clientes en entornos industriales.

Responsabilidades Principales

Gestin de rdenes

  • Recibir analizar y cargar pedidos de clientes en Oracle en un plazo mximo de 24 horas.
  • Generar las confirmaciones de pedido (Ack) y comunicar a los clientes las fechas actualizadas de envo.

Control de Inventario y Envos

  • Realizar anlisis diarios de inventario y pedidos abiertos.
  • Garantizar que todos los pedidos programados para el da sean preparados y enviados en tiempo.

Documentacin y Cumplimiento

  • Mantener registros completos y actualizados de todas las interacciones con clientes y la documentacin asociada a los pedidos de acuerdo con las polticas de la compaa.

Soporte al Equipo de Ventas

  • Colaborar estrechamente con el rea de Ventas brindando visibilidad sobre el estado de los pedidos y apoyando en actividades comerciales.

Atencin y Comunicacin con Clientes

  • Actuar como punto de contacto directo con los clientes asegurando una comunicacin profesional clara y oportuna.
  • Resolver consultas escalar incidencias cuando sea necesario y mantener altos niveles de satisfaccin del cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Mnimo 3 aos de experiencia en industria similar idealmente en roles de Customer Service Gestin de rdenes o Supply Chain.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en sistemas ERP (Oracle deseable).
  • Experiencia en logstica documentacin de exportacin y procesos de cumplimiento de pedidos.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel; se valorar experiencia en elaboracin de reportes y tableros de control.
  • Excelente comunicacin oral y escrita en espaol e ingls.
  • Habilidades organizativas orientacin al detalle y capacidad para trabajar bajo presin con plazos ajustados.

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week.
