We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSenior Director Operations CIO Manufacturing Quality & R&D Enablementto lead IT services and solutions for our global operations supply chain and product innovation.

Job Summary:
TheSenior Director Operations CIOserves as the senior IT leader accountable for partnering with business stakeholders inManufacturing Quality and R&D/Product functionsto deliver technology services systems and transformation. This leader will oversee multiple Directors and their teams ensuring operational reliability while driving modernization system consolidation and digital transformation.
The successful candidate will be adriver and catalystfor changeshaping and executing IT strategy building trusted partnerships with business leaders and ensuring that technology enables productivity compliance and innovation. Spanish and English fluency is a strong plus.

This role is a critical member of the IT Leadership Team reporting directly to the CIO with enterprise-wide visibility and influence. The Senior Director Operations CIO will play a central role in shaping the IT operating model for a newly independent publicly traded med tech company. This position is designed for a dynamic leader with aspirations for greater leadership opportunities and the potential to take on expanded responsibilities in the future.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Business Partnership
Serve as the senior IT business partner forManufacturing Quality and R&D/Product Enablementfunctions.
Lead mentor and develop a diverse team and their organizations.
Translate business priorities into IT strategies roadmaps and deliverables.
Build strong trusted relationships with site leaders supply chain leadership quality executives and R&D leaders.
IT Operations & Service Delivery
Ensure reliable secure and compliant IT operations for:
Manufacturing IT at Juncos and Northridge
Various contract manufacturing partners
Quality technology stack including QMS solutions
R&D/Product enablement platforms and tools
Oversee prioritization execution and delivery of IT projects enhancements and support.
Drive operational excellence through standardized processes KPIs and accountability.
Transformation & Modernization
Act as a catalyst formodernization system consolidation and digital transformationacross operations.
Partner with ERP teams to support the transition fromSAP ECC to S/4HANA ensuring integration with manufacturing supply chain and quality systems.
AdvanceMES capabilities(Factoryworx) to drive productivity compliance and automation.
Collaborate closely with theEnterprise Architectureteam to ensure future-ready system design and with theCybersecurityteam to embed security into R&D and product innovation processes.
Governance & Strategy Alignment
Align operational IT strategies with corporate and functional roadmaps.
Champion change management ensuring adoption and business impact.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory audit and FDA requirements in manufacturing and quality.
Drive accountability and transparency through scorecards business reviews and KPI tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Engineering or related field (Masters preferred).
Minimum of 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience with 10 years of managerial experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 13-year prior relevant experience minimum of 10 years of managerial experience.
15 years of proven experience in supporting global supply chain manufacturing and quality functions . Significant exposure to the medical technology or life sciences industries is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience withSAP ECC and/or S/4HANA QMS platforms and MES systems.
Demonstrated success leading multi-disciplinary IT teams across multiple sites.
Experience in FDA-regulated or similarly controlled environments strongly preferred.
Proven ability to deliver modernization and transformation at scale.
Strong partnership skills witharchitecture and cybersecurityto ensure resilient and compliant solutions.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Exceptional leadership influencing and communication skills.
