SC Cleared Azure DevOps Engineer
Initial 8-month Contract Role
On-site in Derby
500 - 600 Inside IR35
ECS Resource group are currently working with a Worlds Leading Technology Organisation who are looking for a SC Cleared Azure DevOps Engineer to support their Azure DevOps environment.
As an SC Cleared Azure DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Develop and maintain ADO Knowledge Base articles in ServiceNow.
- Deliver high-level training and enablement sessions on ADO concepts for technical and non-technical teams.
- Perform BAU activities to ensure smooth platform operations.
- Conduct discovery and analysis of existing ADO environments and configurations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation issue logs and knowledge articles.
- Track analyse and report on quarterly ticket volumes to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
Please note the below requirements are essential and candidates without this will not be considered:
- Active SC Clearance is essential candidates without this will not be considered.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps administration and support.
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps infrastructure and services.
