Play a pivotal role in the Leadership of a world class subsea business

As a Global Engineering Leader for New Technology Introduction you will lead a multidiscipline and culturally diverse team that provide smarter technology for more efficient monitoring maximum production and reduced risk. You will be responsible for shaping and coordinating a portfolio of new product designs and have overall responsibility for the schedule scope and budget of the projects which feed into the businesss multi generation product and technology plans.

As an NPI/NTI PCS Engineering Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Hiring developing and maintaining a successful and high-quality NPI engineering population for the Controls product line
  • Establishing a solid unified plan for NPI to meet cost innovation quality and technology goals for customer and internal projects for the Controls product line
  • Leading cross-functional project teams throughout the entire Project Life Cycle working in close collaboration with product management and other engineering functions in a matrix structure
  • Making critical and informed investment decisions on patents and driving these for collective leadership approval
  • Leading in house projects to fruition including structured and standardization through to cutting edge innovation requiring resource and finance allocation
  • Applying existing technologies approaches methodologies in new combinations to facilitate the continuous improvement and innovation of new products and technologies
  • Grant programs delivery on cost on time and on quality

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Be able to demonstrate a solid technical and commercial understanding of products and applications that relate to subsea Controls Systems
  • Have experience with defining and executing high level strategies in the Engineering environment
  • Possess previous experience in a similar role
