Job Summary

Hyperion Consultant
Location: Onsite San Diego/Carlsbad CA

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the full Hyperion suite and proven expertise in delivering end-to-end implementations.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design development and implementation of Hyperion Essbase HFM FDMEE DRM and Planning solutions.
Work closely with finance and business teams to gather requirements for budgeting forecasting management reporting and analytics.
Configure and optimize Hyperion applications to support business processes and improve system efficiency.
Develop data integration workflows using FDMEE and maintain metadata through DRM.
Provide system administration troubleshooting and performance tuning for Hyperion applications.
Create dashboards reports and templates to support decision-making.
Conduct user training and provide production support.

Required Skills:

7 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion applications (Essbase HFM FDMEE DRM Planning).
Proven expertise in Hyperion Budgeting Forecasting and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) solutions.
Strong background in management reporting and financial analytics.
Ability to perform Hyperion system upgrades patches and performance tuning.
Excellent SQL skills and understanding of data integration processes.
Strong communication skills to interact with finance business and IT teams.

Preferred:

Prior experience in large-scale Hyperion implementations.
Exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud will be a plus.
CPA/Finance domain knowledge is desirable.
