Responsibilities
- Providing the best guest service based on Omni Service Standards.
- Performing daily set-up and operation for reservations and window sales.
- Demonstrating an understanding of all Guided Activities recreation offerings resort programs and products.
- Making cash room charge check and credit card transactions.
- Opening and closing daily computer systems and RTP.
- Assisting guests in resolving queries regarding all seasonal and year-round departments at the Resort.
- Understanding all recreation products and making schedule changes in RTP.
- Administering daily closing cash outs and balancing end of day deposits.
- Showing a clear understanding of all resort and recreation policies and procedures based on Omni.
- Resorts standards and staff manual.
- Renting Bikes and providing trail maps and information.
Qualifications
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be attentive to detail.
- Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights weekends and holidays.
