About the Role
High Output is seeking a talented Project Manager focused in Lighting to join our Special Events Production team. This role blends creative vision with technical expertise focusing on designing dynamic lighting environments and operating lighting control systems for events theatrical productions and in broadcast settings.
What Youll Do
- Design and program lighting for a wide range of live events.
- Operate lighting consoles and lighting control systems.
- Collaborate closely with clients producers and technical teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.
- Integrate media servers into lighting workflows.
- Oversee projects from pre-visualization to on-site execution.
- Lead projects and teams to execute event designs.
What Were Looking For
Were seeking someone who combines professionalism organization and excellent time management with strong creative and technical skills. You should have:
- Proficiency in Vectorworks Braceworks Capture and Lightwright.
- Experience with media server integration and operation.
- Strong understanding of signal flow and electrical distribution systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Experienced in blending design and technical skill to execute our clients vision for their projects.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team.
While comprehensive knowledge of all systems is preferred we provide on-the-job training to help you grow your skills.
Other Requirements
- Personal vehicle and valid drivers license.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical.
- Capability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
- Flexibility to work varying hours including nights weekends and early mornings depending on the season.
