Tenvoorde Ford is seeking amazing Part Time Service Shuttle Drivers!

Responsibilities
What does a Service Shuttle Driver do
- Driving service customers to and from destinations.
- Moving customer vehicles to designated service parking areas.
- Greeting customers
- Picking up customer vehicles and returning them
- Driving service customer cars thru the car wash
- Driving vehicles after repairs so tech can confirm repairs
- Available Hours Monday - Friday 7:00am 5:00pm

- Must be a team player
- Must be reliable and on time
- Ability to read customers and interact at their desired level
- Ability to deliver world class customer service
- Exceptional ability to learn and grow
- Amazing work ethic
- Detail oriented
- Ability to learn from veteran staff
- Outstanding ability to work with a team and take direction
- Ability and willingness to adopt modern technology
- Proficiency in use of basic computer and phone systems
- Ability to bend move lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position.

Good to Know Before You Start!
- Be prepared to work approximately 20 - 30 hours per week
- Team players only! You will work with multiple departments and many different people.
- Know your work makes a difference! Delivering exceptional customer service is our mission and why customers return to Tenvoorde Ford.
- You will have support! We have a veteran staff to teach and assist.
- You may be asked to perform other duties. With additional responsibilities comes additional pay.
- Must be adaptive to and embrace change
- You will need basic computer skills and the ability to navigate job related applications on your cell phone.
- Some physical work will be necessary. We all contribute to help the team. On a rare occasion you may be asked to assist with carrying lifting or moving things.
