What youll do
- Manage client relationships: Act as the main point of contact for a premium client book proactively solving issues and spotting new opportunities.
- Deliver the complete service package: Coordinate across teams (onshore and offshore) to ensure timely tailored solutions and clear communication.
- Own compliance and reporting: Oversee ATO dealings monitor deadlines prepare reports and support Governance Risk & Compliance.
- Lead workflows and performance: Manage team workflows drive efficiency and lift service standards.
Requirements
About you
- Client-focused and decisive: Experience in client services or practice management within accounting/business services.
- Technically strong: Comfortable with BAS preparation ATO portal Xero and CRM tools.
- Organised and proactive: Juggles multiple clients and deadlines anticipates problems and acts fast.
- Music-curious: Industry experience or a genuine interest in music/creative clients is highly valued.
- A people leader: Experience managing or coordinating teams and contractors.
