Job Summary

We are seeking anexperienced and driven Hospital Sales Managerto lead our growth inTPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition)andIVIG (Intravenous Immunoglobulin)therapies. The ideal candidate will be anenergetic self-motivated and customer-centric professionalwith a proven track record ofhospital sales success excellent clinical knowledge and strong relationship-building skills. This role requiresflexibility for regional travel the ability to engage withhospital decision-makers and the expertise to drive sales in ahighly competitive specialty market.


Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Develop and execute aterritory sales strategyto drive TPN and IVIG utilization in hospitals health systems and infusion centers.
  • Identify target and build strong relationships withHospitalsphysicians pharmacists infusion directors nurses and procurement teams.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annualsales goals market share targets and revenue objectives.


Account Management

  • Serve as theprimary point of contactfor assigned hospital accounts.
  • Deliverexceptional customer supportand clinical education to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Maintain deep knowledge ofhospital formularies P&T processes and reimbursement pathways.


Clinical & Market Expertise

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge ofTPN IVIG related therapies and competitive products.
  • Provideclinical presentations product training and in-servicesto hospital staff.
  • Stay current withindustry trends clinical guidelines reimbursement changes and regulatory compliance.


Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely withmarketing medical affairs and market access teamsto implement strategic initiatives.
  • Track performance usingCRM tools pipeline management and territory analytics.
  • Provide regularreports on sales activity forecasts and competitive intelligenceto leadership.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 yearsof proven sales experience inhospital infusion specialty pharmacy or biotech/biologics sales.
  • Prior experience withTPN IVIG or specialty biologicsisstrongly preferred.
  • Bachelors degree . (Advanced degree is a plus.)
  • Demonstrated ability toopen hospital accounts navigateformulary inclusion and influenceP&T committee decisions.
  • Excellentpresentation negotiation and closing skills.
  • High level ofenergy professionalism and resiliencein a fast-paced competitive market.
  • Willingness to travel5070% of the timewithin assigned territory and out of state
  • Strongcustomer-first mindsetwith the ability to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes.
  • Proficiency withCRM platforms (Salesforce or similar)and Microsoft Office Suite.
