Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple design projects through harmonious collaboration with cross-functional teams (both internal and external). As a design leader you will be involved in every stage of the industrial design process driving the development of cutting-edge products and platforms.
Review and evaluate designs and project activities to ensure compliance with stringent guidelines and standards providing actionable feedback to elevate product quality and user experience.
Oversee project implementation schedules coordinate timelines with project managers and external collaborators and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
Transform vision into reality by creating detailed roadmaps presenting compelling business cases and driving technical solutions for senior executives.
Champion innovation through the integration of emerging technologies and fresh design language across our organizations projects and activities.
Develop and deploy continual improvement strategies ensuring sustained high performance and impactful outcomes across functions.
Mentor and guide less experienced staff cultivating a culture of learning and professional growth.
Education & Experience:
Bachelors or Graduate Degree in Industrial Design Product Design or a related discipline or commensurate professional experience and proven competence.
715 years of progressive experience in industrial design and development of physical hardware products and systems or a related field.

3D Modeling & CAD (SolidWorks / Pro-E)
Prototyping & Manufacturing Processes
CMF (Color Material Finish) Expertise
UI/UX User Research Visual Design (Wireframing capability is a plus)

Basic Electrical & Mechanical Engineering knowledge

The pay range for this role is$115850to$178400USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location job-related knowledge skills and experience.
