Job Description
- Program or technical product management in software development
- 5 years of program management and experience taking features through the complete software development life cycle
- Strong strategic thinking problem solving and logical structuring abilities
- Best-in-class communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) to all levels of an organization
- 2 years of people management preferred
- Proven track record of shipping complex customer facing and backend projects under demanding timelines
- Built global products by collaborating across product engineering data sciences analytics design and other key stakeholders
- Ability to turn incomplete conflicting or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
- Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions design meetings progress and status meetings)
- Strong technical proficiency with program experience in Search and/or Recommendations preferred
- Experience working with a global team
- Strong ability to multi-task
- A/B testing experience
