The Role
Do you want to make a difference and be part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team committed to enhancing Enterprise HR Talent capabilities within Fidelitys Enterprise Technology business unit
We are looking for a technical Squad Leader of Talent Performance & Development who will partner with other Fidelity leaders to influence the broader strategic decisions roadmaps and resource requirements. You will set and refine the mission and bring together a team of chapter members to execute a global modernization strategy.
You will be responsible for Vendor Management associated with Talent capabilities and for aligning the squad on the what and when work to be performed through ongoing planning and prioritization of a product backlog.
In an Agile way you will enable squad members to work iteratively innovate through testing and experimentation and learn from failures while celebrating success. You are committed to developing your expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to your role.

The Team
This dynamic team works in partnership with the Talent group Product Leader in Associate Workforce & Security Technology (AWST) Product Area other Squad Leaders Scrum Master and Chapter Leaders aligned to the Talent Performance & Development Squad. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and Agile leadership behaviors you sustain and evolve our innovative Agile culture. Partnering with HR and Associate serving leaders HR Platform enablement leaders and business partners like Talent and HR Operations is essential to supporting the business functions with the technology operations platforms.
Fidelitys hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days M-F) in a Fidelity office.
