This opportunity is for an individual to join the ME Sustainment Quality Team in support of all Sustainment Military Engine this role the selected individual will develop data collection systems reports and visualization dashboards that drive business strategies and strengthen alignment across the ME Sustainment Quality Network.
This position can be based on site in either our East Hartford CT location or the PW Oklahoma City campus.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain systems to record aggregate and analyze quality metrics dashboards etc. ensuring data integrity across platforms.
- Streamline data collection and communication methodologies reducing manual work and improving turnaround times.
- Collaborate closely with Quality Leadership to create data-driven insight and visualizations for Company Leadership Customers Depot Network and Suppliers.
- Participate in PW OEM and Sustainment Digital Transformation (DT) process improvement initiatives providing critical analytical support.
- Collect analyze and transform process data into meaningful insights delivering executive-level reports and recommendations as needed.
- Interact and communicate effectively with various teams and levels of management to support data-drive decision-making.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline digital technology data analytics or business-related field and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- 4 years experience in Digital Technology Data Analytics or similar environments.
- Strong foundation in data analysis techniques data visualization tools (such as Power BI Qlik or Tableau) and programming/scripting (SQL VBA etc.)
- Solid understanding of business operations and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Proven experience with database software data mining systems and advanced Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel Power Query SharePoint macros etc.).
- Exceptional analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Minimum CORE Associate (or Equivalent). Customer Oriented Results and Excellence (CORE).
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Proficiency in SQL or other data integration tools to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- Experience with SAP and QLIK is a plus.
- Familiarity with AS9100 Quality Management System preferred.
- Strong project management skills able to balance multiple priorities and deliver results on time.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
