The following position is to join our Enterprise Services team in Richardson Tx:

RTX Accounts Payable is seeking a candidate to join the organization who will be responsible for supporting Accounts Payable Tier 2 Customer Service. RTX AP Tier 2 Customer Service is responsible for resolving complex service tickets that have been escalated for action

What You Will do:

• Will act as a team leader for the Customer Service Support Tier 2 agents
• Serves as a liaison between Conduent Customer Service team and RTX Tier 2 AP Customer Service Team
• Will work complex tickets from the Customer Service Desk (Internal & external)
• Work support tickets and other items escalated by management
• Manage the delegation of support tickets across the Tier 2 team
• Complete Accounts Payable processes within the various AP systems
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
• Create implement and communications and training associated with accounts payable
• Ensure Customer Service and Customer Service Support processes are aligned with AP guidelines
• Handle exceptions or discrepancies in invoices by coordinating with internal & external teams

Qualifications You Must Have:

• This role typically requires a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration and at least 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree OR in lieu of a degree 6 or more years of relevant work experience may be considered
• At least 2 years of experience and knowledge of Accounts Payable functions processes and tools.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Knowledge and experience with Transcepta SAP Oracle and JDE
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with vendors and employees

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
