Country Sales Manager Construction Transportation & Industrial (CT&I)
As theCountry Sales Manager CT&Iyou will be responsible for the strategic development and direction of the CT&I Global Business Unit. You will have primary responsibility for defining and implementing a country market and sales plan and targets within boundaries of CT&I strategy. Day to day:
As a leader you will partner with colleagues and contribute to the successful creation and execution of the strategy and business plan
Develop the vision mission and strategy for the sales team
Define and implement a country market and sales plan and targets within boundaries of GBU strategy market and vendor/partner agreements in order to give systematic direction to and control over sales and business relationship activities
Develop New Business Development (NBD) plan to support the country and GBU ambitions
Support the strategic ambition of CT&I in strategic initiatives like Energy Transition
Ensure systematic identification of local market trends portfolio developments and sales opportunities in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders in order to assure sales and program alignment with local market demands
Develop local vendor/partner opportunities and ensure establishment implementation and management of program agreements with local vendor/partners in line with GBU policies
Manage and monitor the performance of the local sales organization in line with country sales plan in order to achieve country sales targets on P&L New Business Volume (NBV) portfolio margin risk costsand lease penetration rate.
Ensure implementation on market and sales plans policies processes procedures and targets of GBU/market strategy
Coaches sales teams to effectively meet customer business needs
Ensure implementation of programs and the execution of applications of programs locally in line with program agreements in order to optimize penetration program P&L and customer plus vendor/partner satisfaction in the country
Ensure proper management of the business relationship with local vendor/partners and dealers and manage the most important business relationship self in order to increase NBV & income from transactions in the short and long term
Builds and maintains strong stakeholder network internally and externally

Essentials:
Bachelor degree minimum or equivalent experience required
Proficiency in the vendor/partner finance market and/or relevant lease market (incl. assets) and broad insight into management of a larger sales force. Deep and/or broad professional and managerial knowledge and experience
Strategic planning and management for a larger country sales force consisting of different sales functionalities. Higher diversity and complexity of product and service lines. Complexity is added to the job because of the larger sales organization
Ability to manage a high diversity and complexity of vendor/partner and dealer relationships distribution channels markets and legal/governmental issues
Must have the ability to communicate both verbally and written in Dutch and English
Must be able to demonstrate a high degree of attention and quality to results and deadlines
Ability to handle and organize multiple projects at the same time
Travel: weekly presence in Eindhoven and Mechelen required
