lCoordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
lConduct joining formalities documentation and induction programs.
Employee Lifecycle Management
lManage confirmation transfers promotions and exit formalities (resignations full & final settlement exit interviews).
lHandle employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
lMaintain employee records in HRMS and physical files.
Employee Engagement & Welfare
lAssist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
lProvide support during company events celebrations and welfare initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
lEnsure compliance with labor laws PF ESIC gratuity and other statutory requirements.
lManage payroll inputs and coordinate with finance for timely salary processing.
lDraft HR letters (offer appointment increment warning relieving etc.).
Performance Management & Development
lAssist in KRA/KPI setting appraisal process and performance improvement plans.
lSupport training & development initiatives as per business needs.
lGood knowledge of HR basics.
lStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
lProficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
lEagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
lGraduate / Post Graduate in HR Business Administration or related field.
l3 years of experience in HR
lExperience in recruitment HR operations and compliance is preferred.
