At City Capital we are currently representing a highly respected specialist lender that focuses on short term and development finance providing tailored real estate lending solutions throughout all aspects of the development journey; they have obtained our services to find a detail-orientated and ambitious Case Manager.
The Company
Our client is known for its fast upwards trajectory in the market due to its experienced team focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to handle even the most complex of transactions. Expect to work with bridging & development finance loans across residential semi-commercial commercial and land with planning cases.
They have recently secured major funding lines allowing an increased presence in the bridging and development finance market offering competitive products and leveraging their development experience.
The Department and Team
Our clients are a close-knit team who value cohesive work collaboration and a customer-centric approach. Each team supports the other with a close alignment between case management sales and underwriting functions.
Our clients directors are highly experienced in real estate lending and play a pivotal role in supporting activity and team development allowing individuals to improve and grow internally.
Role Overview
As Case Manager your role will embody collaboration as you work between the core sales & underwriting functions to drive cases forward in line with expectations and SLAs. You will also act as the main liaison with brokers and borrowers as well as other stakeholders in the lending cycle such as legal credit risk and compliance.
Your main focus will be on ensuring that the pipeline of loan applications are progressing and you will achieve that by assisting borrowers and brokers with the attainment of required information & documentation for loans to be underwritten and funded.
You will also take responsibility for keeping all records up to date and accurate on the company CRM and will ensure that all loan administration is managed accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new loan enquiries and obtain the required information to progress
- Liaise with clients brokers & internal teams to meet deadlines
- Oversee loan documentation including terms & assist with loan drawdowns
- Collaborate daily with the sales & underwriting teams as key liaison
- Maintain accurate reports and records with integrity and attention to detail
- Act with a client-centric approach
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate experience in a similar role within either the bridging finance or development finance sectors. You will have a good understanding of the lending cycle for short-term loans and will be confident when handling brokers borrowers and loan information.
- Experienced in bridging and/or development finance lending
- Comfortable with loan documentation and lending cycles
- Confident when dealing with brokers borrowers & loan stakeholders
- An excellent attention to detail
- A strong communicator in all aspects
- Organised and efficient in approach the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ethical and client focused
On Offer
Our client is ideally looking to pay up to 45k as a basic salary for the ideal individual relevant to experience. Higher offers may also be considered for exceptional talent. Salary will be complemented by access to our clients favourable bonus and benefits scheme too to boost annual income.
Additionally as our client is targeting growth it has been noted that this Case Manager position has plenty of scope for further growth internally where excellent performance can be delivered. Our client will assist with your development and knowledge and offer opportunities to progress salary and career standing internally once settled and performing.
This role will be office based in our clients fantastic Central London offices.
