Your Job
Take responsibility for designing and maintaining backend services in Kotlin Java and Python to support user data flows.
Build and optimize event-driven pipelines that connect internal systems with the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and downstream marketing channels.
Implement reliable processes for collecting transforming and activating user data ensuring accuracy and timeliness for campaigns and analytics.
Collaborate with marketing data and product teams to align data integrations with business and campaign goals.
Ensure scalability reliability and observability of data pipelines through monitoring logging and proactive improvements.
Apply best practices across the software development lifecycle including design testing CI/CD deployment and maintenance.
Your Skills
Good knowledge of Java Kotlin and Python
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer
Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases
Experience with cloud systems (preferably AWS)
Familiarity with big data processing event-driven architectures and pipeline monitoring
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
(Nice to have) Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) or marketing technology
