Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Assist with overall project tracking:
- Budget overview
- Risk log
- Action element / result log
- Change protocol
- Project plan
- Maintain project status reporting database / dashboard (MS PowerBI).
- Support communication with / alignment of project stakeholders
- Organize meetings with project stakeholders
- Documenting meeting minutes of project activities.
Your skills:
- Bachelors or Masters student in a business-related field of study.
- Experience in project management an advantage
- Sound communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proactive working style
- Experience with front-end reporting and dashboards (SAP Analysis for Office and / or PowerBI)
- Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
- Expert in MS Office (especially PowerPoint Excel Outlook)
- Structured good organizational and prioritization skills
