Developmental Pathways (DP) has an opportunity for a Senior Case Management Specialist (SCMS) Early Intervention in our Early Intervention (EI) Department. This position will provide professional-level administrative support to the Early Intervention Department and will develop and maintain systems of organization distribution and communication and will provide leadership and mentoring to staff and managers. Our Senior Case Management Specialist will provide administrative support to the EI Intake team and Service Coordination. This role will also assist with data integrity and maintenance.
This is a 40-hour per week hybrid position Monday-Thursday and includes the flexibility to work remotely as well as the opportunity to collaborate in-person at our headquarters office in Aurora CO and/or at off-site locations.

Preferred
  • Associates Degree in business and/or equivalent education and experience
  • Three years (3) administrative support or customer service experience
  • Experience in human services or nonprofit fields
  • Knowledge of Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment
  • Ability to meet and maintain our driving requirements; no suspensions and less than three (3) tickets in three years
  • Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate
  • Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance

Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide support to onboarding and training of new staff and supports training of tenured staff as needed
  • Create and maintain systems for tracking various functions reports out appropriately and ensures data integrity and timely entry of data
  • Track and process documentation within needed timeframes as assigned
  • Develop and use appropriate formats for information sharing (e.g. letters memos lists spreadsheets etc.) for both internal and external distribution
  • Establish and maintain well-organized filing/e-filing systems
  • Track and distribute requested records and other information as appropriate
  • Prepare reports and maintains files in concordance with HCPF rules and regulations as well as agency policy and procedures
  • Initiate support and manages projects as needed
  • Perform and document targeted case management activities within established timelines
  • Helps assure relevant data is in the UNICORN data system
  • Enter data and generates database reports assists Service Coordinators with error reports supports data reports (Kid Count Weekly Intake Monthly Active Number Targeted Case Management etc.)
  • Serve as liaison between EI department and EI CO data team
