We are leading a paradigm shift in the Canadian healthcare system by building a network of purpose-built mental health clinics across Canada. By fusing a bio-psycho-social-spiritual treatment model with medically managed therapies our intensive outpatient programs provide rapid access rapid resolution rapid return to work and healthy lifestyle programs for anxiety depression addiction post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) trauma and chronic pain.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Senior VP Corporate Services the Accounting Specialist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the organization with a focus on accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll support. This role ensures accuracy timeliness and compliance in all financial transactions while providing reliable support to the business. This role also conducts administrative tasks in support on the accounting function. This role is a key part of our dynamic corporate team and reflects our core values of communication community excellence health and innovation

WHAT YOU BRING
Experience
Education
Technical Competences
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite SharePoint and QuickBooks are required. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is an asset.
