HCS Auto Repair AUTOMOBILE TECHNICIAN (Springdale) HIRE ASAP!

HCS Springdale is hiring a flat-rate Automobile Technician $30$50/hr (based on experience). We want masters of the trade who can find their own work turn quality hours and fit into a no-drama get-it-done culture.
What youll do
Diagnose and repair cars and light trucks accurately and efficiently
Own your hours: present and sell needed work turn effective hours and run quality jobs
Communicate clearly with service advisors and the crew solutions not excuses
Keep a tidy bay document repairs and perform quality control checks
Attend paid training and continually sharpen your skillset
Who we want
Experienced this is not an entry-level role (we hire apprentices separately)
Self-starter who finds and creates work diagnostics quotes follow-through
Zero drama: we dont fight we dont argue we fix and move on
Dependable team-first attitude we hire on skill culture fit
Flat-rate experience preferred
Pay & perks the real deal
Base pay: $30$50/hr (based on experience) flat-rate pay structure
25% bump on every sold hour clear simple generous. Seriously.
Clarified (exact): diagnostic hour(s) are paid as-is. Sold hours receive a 0.25 (25%) bump.
Example: You do a 1-hour diagnostic that turns into a 10-hour job.
Diagnostic 1.0 paid hour
Sold hours 10.0 hours
25% bump on sold hours 2.5 hours
Total paid hours 1 10 2.5 13.5 hours. Seriously.
Weekly pay (we pay when you earn it)
Closed on all major holidays holidays are paid (yes including Labor Day)
No weekends real work/life balance
