What You Will Do:
The Rotor Core Value Stream Senior Project Managerwill be responsible for business critical initiatives across the Rotor Core Value Stream.
The Senior Project Managerwill serve as the primary representative for projects under management building relationships through transparency responsiveness urgency and delivery upon project commitments.
Lead cross functional teams and interfacing directly with all accountable individuals within project scope;
Lead cross functional business critical initiatives improving operational performance
Drive business impact through sense of urgency and decision making authority to ensure results-oriented execution.
Accountable for critical project schedules
Be accountable for risk and opportunity identification resolution across managed projects
Escalate items for immediate resolution that could impact project cost schedule or deliverables
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelors Degree and 10 years of experience in an operations program/project management engineering or digital technologyenvironment OR a Masters degree and 7 or more years of experience an operations program/project management engineering or digital technologyenvironment
Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools (Lean Six Sigma) (CORE)
Advanced business knowledge general management and leadership capability to lead business or functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to work and motivate internal/external customers and cross-disciplinary team members

Qualifications We Prefer:
Degree in a STEM field and background in either Operations Management Supply Chain Management Cross Product Team Management Integrated Product Team Management or Program Management.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
