- ITSupport Services Assistant provides telephone email and walk-inITsupport assistance forstudents faculty and staff of the Chatham University ITSupport Services Assistant helps in the various areas ofITsupport including Microsoft products printing and device support Windows OS Mac OSX iPhone Android and other software and hardware issues.Students create and manage tickets using ChathamsITS ticketing system Teamdynamix(TDX).
- Other duties include classroom/office technology checks including inventory general upkeep/cleaning and A/V equipment set up and tear down.
All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year.
Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
