As the backbone of Paves platform our G&A teams enable us to scale efficiently while maintaining compliance in the complex compensation landscape. The finance team ensures capital allocation aligns with our growth strategy while legal safeguards our innovative compensation data products.

The People team is at a pivotal moment - were rebuilding our people function from the ground up to support our next phase of growth from 150 to 500 employees. The team will be focused on designing and implementing scalable people operations that balance analytical rigor with genuine care for the employee experience seeing every touchpoint as an opportunity to build something meaningful. Our people team thrives in ambiguity views inefficiencies as opportunities for improvement and understands that creating elegant people processes is fundamentally about empowering teams to do their best work.
Salary is just one component of Paves total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Pave will include equity top-notch medical dental and vision coverage an unlimited PTO policy and many other region-specific benefits. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail. This salary range may include multiple levels.

Since being founded in 2019 Pave has grown globally. Were based across our HQ in San Franciscos FiDi neighborhood Flatiron in NYC and regional hubs in Salt Lake City and the United Kingdom. We embrace a high-energy collaborative in-person work environment at these locations operating on a hybrid schedule that brings teams together in-office on Mondays Tuesdays and Fridays.
