TheCommercial Analytics Sr Managerwill lead the generation of actionable insights by integrating multiple secondary data sources field performance metrics and close collaboration with Sales Leadership. By combining brand analytics with territory-level performance tracking this role delivers recommendations that optimize sales force effectiveness and inform strategic decision-making. The ability to distill complex findings into clear impactful recommendations for Senior Leadership is essential.
Flexible Commuter role to either the Deerfield IL or Thousand Oaks CA office. You will work on-site a minimum of 2-3 days a week.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of analytics experience
OR
Masters degree and 4 years of analytics experience
OR
Bachelors degree and 6 years of analytics experience
OR
Associates degree and 10 years of analytics experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of analytics experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant skills experience and qualifications.
