Compensation & Benefits
$20.00 per hour guaranteed base pay (call center sales role)
Performance bonuses monthly quarterly and yearly
Annual income projections: $60000$80000

Job Description Life Insurance Sales Agent (Call Center)
We are seeking motivated Licensed Life Insurance Sales Agents to join our Southfield MI call center team. As an insurance sales agent you will:
Work with inbound live transfer leads (no outbound prospecting or cold calls)
Sell life insurance policies to seniors ages 5085 over the phone
Deliver excellent customer service support
Follow proven insurance sales scripts and training programs
Build lasting client relationships while hitting personal and team sales goals
Qualifications
Active Life Insurance License (required) company may help strong candidates with licensing
Previous sales experience (insurance sales call center sales or bartendingexperience a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated coachable and eager to learn
Must be able to work on-site at our Southfield MI call center

Monday Friday
9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Full-time on-site role in Southfield Michigan
