The Role
Were seeking aRoofing Production Managerto lead and oversee our entire roofing department. This role goes beyond coordinating projects youll be responsible for managing field crews supervising project timelines overseeing materials and vendor relationships and ensuring each roof is delivered to the highest standard. Youll serve as the key link between ownership clients and the field driving efficiency quality and growth for the division.
What Youll Do:
- Coordinate roofing projects from scheduling to final inspection
- Track material orders deliveries returns and manage inventory
- Upload daily photos invoices and site updates usingAccuLynx
- Visit job sites to ensure quality and resolve any issues
- Serve as the point of contact between crews clients and office staff
- Help on-site as needed (lifting up to 100 lbs cleanup etc.)
Requirements
- 1 years of experiencein roofing construction management or a related field (roofing operations leadership strongly preferred)
- Proven experience managingfield crews subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding ofroofing systems materials and safety protocols
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g.AccuLynx Excel or similar platforms)
- Excellentleadership communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational ability with a track record of meeting deadlines and driving efficiency
- Bilingual in Spanish and English(required) to effectively lead diverse crews and communicate with clients
