Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager (SPM Level) with a strong background in healthcare IT projects to lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have 12 years of experience in managing large-scale healthcare domain projects stakeholder coordination and cross-functional team Responsibilities:Lead and manage full project lifecycle from initiation to closure within scope time and closely with stakeholders including healthcare professionals IT teams vendors and government project objectives deliverables milestones and timelines aligned with healthcare compliance detailed project plans track progress and manage risks and adherence to relevant healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements (e.g. PDPA HIPAA).Facilitate change management processes and ensure stakeholder regular project updates reports and dashboards to senior management and and guide project team members and ensure continuous improvement in delivery Skills and Experience:Minimum 12 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in a Project Manager / SPM experience in managing healthcare IT or public health domain understanding of healthcare systems EMR/EHR platforms HL7 and other relevant communication leadership and stakeholder management / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications working with government or public sector healthcare agencies is a with Agile and Waterfall to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.
