Working Pattern: Full time

As an Inspector youll be part of an integrated team delivering high-performance solutions inspecting engines for a variety of our customers aeroplanes. What Youll Be Doing

With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:

  • Conduct detailed inspections of aerospace engine components and modules.
  • Use precision measurement tools and techniques to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.
  • Work closely with production development and overhaul teams to maintain quality and safety.
  • Identify and support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Who Were Looking For

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Essential you have completed a time-served apprenticeship ideally with relevant aerospace inspection skills.
  • Be qualified to NVQ Level 3 City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
  • Have experience in aerospace strip and build procedures.
  • Be proficient in using measurement tools and techniques.
  • Have experience with conditioning/sentencing aerospace parts and assemblies.
  • Be computer literate with the ability to work with digital inspection tools.

Additional desirable skills include:

  • Experience with engine intrascoping and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection.
  • Knowledge of repair limits and aerospace component sentencing.
  • Training in risk assessment and COSHH.
  • The ability to train others and support team development.
