We are looking for a Van Collections Coordinatorto come and join theEvri family that share our passion and drive to delight our customers.
We are looking for aVan Collections Co-ordinatorto ensure the smooth operation of Supplier Collections scheme on a daily basis. You will assist in generating revenue for the business by arranging collections of bulk deliveries from a number of existing customers and or any other third party clients.

InterestedWe are looking for someone who can
-
Provide accurate costings for new business collections across BA SME accounts corporate clients Amazon and store fulfilment using the internal costing tool.

Manage onboarding of new business within agreed SLAs coordinating with depots and third-party carriers.

Liaise with Field and Internal Sales Teams to confirm bookings and resolve collection-related issues.

Maintain and update the collection issue log daily including missed failed or late collections for all account types.

Produce daily reports on carrier performance waiting time charges and escalations to support decision-making and cost control.

Attend daily planning calls to confirm new bookings and start dates for client collections.

Support invoice checking and challenge discrepancies with third-party carriers as required.

Assist the Van Services Manager and Team Leader with reporting KPI tracking and cost-saving reviews especially during peak and Bank Holiday periods. and Taking and dealing with calls from Client Managers and Clients.
To be successful in this role you will require the following

A good educational background with excellent organisational skills

The ability to work on own initiative or as part of the team

Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft office

Strong numeracy skills
