Project Manager Architecture & Engineering
Location: Ambler PA

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Ambler PA. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of architectural and engineering projects including developing project plans managing budgets and timelines and fostering long-term client relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple sectors including Grocery Retail Senior Living Industrial and more.
What Youll Do:
Create Detailed Project Plans: Develop and manage work breakdown structures resource allocation project schedules and budgets.
Engage with Clients: Manage client relationships and expectations ensuring successful project outcomes.
Oversee Deliverables: Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and meet business objectives.
Mentor Your Team: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members promoting collaboration and growth.
Manage Financials: Handle invoicing billing projections and financial reporting for each project.
Change Management: Implement processes for documenting out-of-scope work and managing additional services.
What Were Looking For:
Education: BS or BA in Architecture Engineering Construction or a related field.
Experience: 7 years of industry experience with 35 years in project management.
Skills:
Strong organizational communication and client management skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven ability to manage budgets timelines and ensure client satisfaction
