Job Description

GSMs thrive in dynamic environments balancing Apples engineering and business priorities while driving operational this role you will lead end-to-end program management for Apples new Mountain Pass recycling and magnet block facility ensuring operational readiness and mass production ramp. You will oversee the qualification process for magnet blocks (including heavy rare earthfree designs) manage integration with downstream vendors and partner closely with suppliers to secure reliable supply.

7 years of experience in supply chain development strategic sourcing or materials engineering.
BSME BS in Materials Science Chemical Engineering or equivalent. MBA preferred.
Ability to travel internationally up to 25%.

Hands-on experience with rare earths magnets or advanced materials supply chains.
Consistent track record in program management and scaling new manufacturing facilities.
Outstanding negotiation analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication abilities.
