Note:Base salary ranges from $70000 to $80000 with on-target earnings in the first year projected at $80000 to $100000 or more.

Job Description

Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial.
Work closely with partners and other attorneys on case strategy and litigation.
Conduct legal research draft pleadings motions and settlement demands.
Attend hearings depositions and court proceedings.
Communicate with clients opposing counsel and insurance companies.
Maintain strong organizational skills to handle a high-volume caseload.

Qualifications

1 years of experience in personal injury law.
Licensed to practice law in Illinois (must have active bar admission).
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high caseload.
