Job Description

As a Shipping Coordinator youll learn about our exclusive line of speech-generating devices so you can prepare and ship our clients devices and accessories. You will spend your day quality checking devices packaging them up and shipping them out. Your role is the important and exciting final step to our clients getting their voice!

  • You will utilize your organizational skills to package each clients device with the accessories and paperwork in a way that protects the equipment and dazzles the client when they open it.
  • You will connect with the clients team as well as members of our ttmt360 team so they know when to expect their device.
  • Your attention to detail will make it so each client has their exact needs met as soon as they open their device.

Our Manufacturing & Shipping Team is a unique group of hard-working individuals focused on getting each client their voice. Together they collaborate to solve problems tell some fun jokes and provide a casual fun work environment. Unlike other manufacturing and shipping roles our team does not operate heavy equipment or work in a warehouse. We operate in an office setting each person working both at their desk with their laptop and the designated workspaces where our devices come together.

If you have an eye for detail are open to working hands-on with technology and are looking for a causal engaging team look no further.
