Responsibilities
- Taking charge of marketing initiatives and aligning product/solution strategies to boost market expansion.
- Creating comprehensive bid packages including technical designs quotations documentation and negotiation materials.
- Providing technical insights through presentations and written reports for major accounts.
- Fostering long-term customer relationships and supporting sales initiatives.
- Supervising testing efforts with engineering teams to ensure accurate outcomes.
- Collaborating with customers and R&D teams for ONU and AP product testing.
- Supporting additional tasks as directed by the team.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in the telecom industry with a degree in communications electronics computer science or a related field.
- Experience in a presales director role with strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Background in key telecom projects in Thailand; familiarity with major vendors is an advantage.
- Experience with IoT or home automation projects is a bonus.
