Assistant SENCo Lambeth Start ASAP
Location: Lambeth London
Salary: 100-110 Per Day
Contract: Full-time Contract

We are seeking an Assistant SENCO who can provide an inclusive supportive learning environment where every pupil can succeed. They are looking for motivated and ambitious Assistant SENCO to join our thriving team and develop their expertise through a fully funded professional training programme.
Assistant SENCO The Role
- As our Assistant SENCO you will support the SENCO in ensuring that pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) receive the best possible support.
- You will help identify needs coordinate interventions maintain accurate records liaise with staff parents and external agencies and promote inclusive teaching practices throughout the school.
Assistant SENCO Professional Development
- Practical skills to align SEND strategies with school improvement plans.
- Expertise in managing projects coaching mentoring and team collaboration.
- Expert guidance from experienced SEND professionals.
- Invitations to SEND CPD on topics such as dyslexia autism trauma and more.
- The opportunity to do a Level 5 SENCO apprenticeship: This apprenticeship builds on your existing experience and qualifications combining flexible online learning practical projects in your school live workshops and one-to-one support.
