Job Summary:
As a key member of the L&D team you will be responsible for leading the local implementation facilitation and embedment of Learning and Development activities and programs across France working closely with the L&D Partner Country People Partners (PPs) and People Experience Partners (PXPs) and other L&D Managers/Leads.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of working with mid to senior stakeholders confidently assessing needs and influencing decision-making in alignment with the global Learning & Development Center of Expertise (CoE) strategy. The candidate will have proven experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions and workshops at all levels.
Primary Stakeholders: L&D Partner Leasing Country People Partner(s) and respective country & business line People Partners / PXPs.
Reports to: L&D Partner Leasing Advisory & Capital Markets Groups
Key Accountabilities:
Lead local training programs reporting and auditing as required by French legislation and government regulation.
Lead the delivery and adoption of JLL learning products in France confidently facilitating in-person and virtual workshops for all employee levels.
Conduct learning needs analyses with stakeholders.
Influence and align stakeholders to leverage L&D products within the country.
Deliver incredible learning experiences in France in alignment with their L&D Partner.
Work with the business to engage excite and motivate learners to learn and embed these new skills in their work.
Manage programs and projects in France to completion including impact assessment.
Draw on data-based insights and tell effective stories about the impact of L&D in France. This includes preparing formal quarterly business reviews and other business presentations.
Uses digital learning systems to track monitor and drive usage including regulatory or compulsory metrics needed in France.
Serves as an L&D expert sharing best practices and utilizing available content resources and technology to support business needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 5 years of experience consulting with a business on their learning and development needs and facilitating leadership and personal development programs using contemporary content and approaches.
Best in-class facilitation skills and ability to navigate difficult conversations in a classroom; equally strong virtual facilitation skills with experience using Teams Webex or other technology to deliver an engaging learning experience.
Strong understanding of manager effectiveness leadership development change leadership adult learning theory and team effectiveness.
Expert in stakeholder management and relationship building
Outstanding emotionally intelligent communicator who can engage and inspire audiences
Proven program manager with ability to handle multiple projects prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
Self-directed professional who thrives both independently and in team settings
Resourceful problem solver with a solution-oriented approach
Knowledge and experience with training requirements and legislation in France.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
Preferable: Experience using and applying assessments in a learning environment particularly: 360 feedback Gallup Strengths Herrmann Brain Dominance (HBDI).
Knowledge of basic talent management practices and talent life cycle desired.
This role is office-based out of the JLL Paris Corporate Office.
